Our Programs
What is Outpatient Rehab?
Outpatient addiction treatment at Sanctuary allows you to receive comprehensive, clinically-driven care while continuing to live at home, maintain employment, and preserve your family responsibilities. Our Los Angeles programs span three levels of intensity, tailored to where you are in your recovery journey.
Outpatient Programs at Sanctuary
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): up to 6 hours/day, 5 days/week of structured clinical programming
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): 3 hours/day, 3-5 days/week with flexible morning or evening sessions
- Standard Outpatient: ongoing individual and group therapy sessions for sustained, long-term recovery support
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when clinically indicated
- Aftercare planning and continuing care coordination
Who is it for?
Outpatient rehab is ideal for individuals who have completed detox or residential treatment and are ready for the next step, or those with moderate addiction who require structured support without 24-hour supervision.
Our clinical team conducts a comprehensive assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care for each individual, ensuring you’re neither over- nor under-supported.
